1. What Can I Return?
You can return any unopened and unused product purchased from our website within 07 business days after delivery of a product for a refund with video proof of product. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. After the delivery if wrong or any circumstances happen with the product you will responsible for this.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- We cannot accept returns for perishable items such as fresh or frozen food.
- We cannot accept returns for items purchased on sale or clearance.
2. How Do I Return an Item?

Here’s what you’ll need to do:
- Pack your unopened and unused item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation in the package.

- Ship the package back to us using the pre-paid shipping label we provide.
